No. You can pay in 2 installments of 50% each, before and after completion of work.
Or we can also mutually agree to another payment arrangement, depending on the cost and delivery timeframe. Generally because we offer websites for really low prices, customers prefer paying in 2 installments to avoid the hassle of transferring money into our accounts every now and then.
No. Since we hand over the website along with the control panel to you completely, you own it and take responsibility to maintain it. Hence there is no cost.
In situations where the site stops working due to a technical fault at our end, we would solve the issue at no cost.
Some customers, however, pay us a monthly maintenance charge because they don't want to take the hassle of doing the changes themselves or probably they do not have the time to do so. In such situations, we charge a nominal maintenance fee per month, should you opt for it. This fee varies from ₤19.99 per month to ₤99 per month depending on the type of website and maintenance work involved. But it is completely optional.
Yes. There is a nominal annual renewal fee of ₤99 or equivalent in other currencies.
Your first annual renewal fee is payable at the end of 1 year from the day of registering your domain. And there after, every 12 months.
Once you have spoken with a MediaHub Technology consultant, you will receive an electronic copy of our Website Planner document. A simple planning tool designed to help you collate and organize the content appearing in your new website. Once the website planner has been finalized and all of the accompanying artwork and write-up has been received, our team of Professional Designers will begin preparing a concept design for your website.
The Entrepreneur Pack Website comes with a CMS – A control panel from where you can control most of the information on your website and change the contents if needed.
You wouldn’t need our services to do the changes; they are very easy and simple to do on your own. If you still need our help, it will be at a nominal cost of ₤7.99 (or equivalent) per change requested.
We will also provide you a gallery management within the same price from where you can control the gallery page on your website. You can add, delete and edit photos on your website using this feature.
From scratch to finish, it will take a maximum of 3 weeks. It can take much less time, but 3 weeks including all testing is the max we have estimated.
First we will search the domain to see if it is available for you to own. If not, we will provide you the closest alternatives that you can choose from. Once you decide, we book the domain name you select.
We can register the domain for you. Its included in the price. You may wish to register your own domain, but the package price doesn’t come down, even if you provide us with a pre-registered domain. So, why not take advantage of the inclusive domain name that comes with the pack.

Absulutely! To start off with we give all our customers 1 initial design and 3 design revisions within a time frame of a month. Once it goes beyond the first month, we offer a range of maintenance plans designed to save you time and ensure that your website is constantly reflecting a fresh look with the most up to date content.
